Recently, the local standard for engineering construction in Jilin Province, "Technical Standard for Monitoring of Heat Pump Systems" (standard number: DB22/T 5170-2024), co authored by Yantai Land Air Conditioning Industry Co., Ltd., was officially implemented on December 2, 2024, jointly issued by the Jilin Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development and the Jilin Provincial Department of Market Supervision and Administration (Notice No. 663).
This standard is edited by Jilin University of Architecture and Technology and Jilin Jianyuan Design Group Co., Ltd., and jointly compiled by Yantai Land Air Conditioning Industry Co., Ltd., Changchun Institute of Engineering, Jilin Bilan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and other units. In the process of compilation, the compilation team strictly followed the current relevant national standards, fully combined with the actual situation of Jilin Province, extensively solicited opinions from all parties, and went through multiple rounds of rigorous discussions and careful revisions to ensure the scientific, practical, and forward-looking nature of the standards.
The "Technical Standards for Monitoring Heat Pump Systems" are comprehensive and detailed, covering general principles, terminology, basic regulations, monitoring systems, various types of heat pumps (soil sources, water sources, air sources) and end systems. They also provide clear specifications for monitoring data processing and monitoring system operation, building a complete technical standard system and laying a solid foundation for the efficient and safe operation of heat pump systems in Jilin Province.
Land has a deep foundation in the field of heat pumps, focusing on the research, design, and manufacturing of refrigeration and heat pump products for a long time. It always takes process refrigeration and heating, renewable energy utilization, waste heat recovery, and energy conservation as its core development direction, actively promoting the transformation and widespread application of low-carbon and energy-saving technologies. Previously, with outstanding technical strength, Land has undertaken and completed three national torch projects, namely "Water Source Heat Pump Unit", "Medium (Special) High Temperature Heat Pump Unit", and "Dual Evaporator Ice Storage Heat Pump Unit", contributing a lot of wisdom to the innovative development of heat pump technology.
In terms of industry standard setting, Land has also achieved remarkable results. The company has been deeply involved in the formulation of multiple national and industry standards, including GB/T 19409-2013 "Water (Ground) Source Heat Pump Units", GB/T 25861-2023 "High Temperature Heat Pump Units with Steam Compression Cycle Water Source", JB/T 14066-2022 "Air Source Tower Water Source Heat Pump Units", etc. The implementation of these standards has further consolidated Land's leading position in the industry and effectively promoted the standardization process of the heat pump industry.
This participation in the compilation of Jilin Province's "Technical Standards for Monitoring Heat Pump Systems" is a key move for Land to fulfill its corporate social responsibility and contribute to industry progress.
