This series is an integrated high-temperature steam system featuring "heat pump high-temperature hot water + flash steam extraction + steam compression for temperature and pressure rise". The system first utilizes low-grade heat sources to produce pressurized high-temperature hot water through a heat pump, then generates low-pressure steam via flash evaporation, and finally, the steam compressor raises the temperature and pressure of the steam, delivering high-temperature steam at 100~180℃. This solution can be coordinated with condensate water recovery and waste heat recovery to achieve partial substitution of boiler steam with electric drive, enhancing the utilization level of waste heat. It is suitable for energy-saving retrofits and new construction projects in continuous steam-consuming scenarios such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, and paper industries.
