The centralized heating project in the high-speed railway area of Xiong'an New District is provided by Land with a centralized heating solution centered on geothermal water as the core heat source to meet the heating needs of large-scale buildings in the region. The total heat capacity of this area is 160MW, with a heat load of 26.8MW for the first phase of geothermal water transfer project in 2023 and 44.67MW for the second phase in 2024.

The first and second phases of the project both use Land centrifugal heat pumps to bear 80% of the heat load, combined with 20% gas peak shaving, forming a multi energy complementary heating scheme. The system uses geothermal well water as the main heat source and adopts the "plate exchange+Land high-temperature centrifugal heat pump" technology to cascade the utilization of 65 ℃ geothermal well water and reduce it to 20 ℃ for reinjection. The system water is heated from 40 ℃ to 80 ℃, meeting the heating needs of about 457500 square meters of high-speed railway stations and surrounding buildings of about 1 million square meters.

This plan improves the utilization rate of clean energy and heating efficiency through multi system collaboration, taking into account load stability and regulation capabilities, ensuring long-term stable and economic operation of the system. It not only demonstrates the technical strength of Land, but also provides a replicable demonstration model for the green and low-carbon heating system in Xiong'an New Area.
