The Hangzhou Carbon Fiber Project addresses the high requirements for the stability, continuity, and process adaptability of the cold source system during carbon fiber production. Land provides a professional cold source solution covering the utility stations and spinning units of the entire plant for the project.
The project adopts a hierarchical configuration of conventional low-temperature chilled water systems and low-temperature process chilled water systems. The utility station is equipped with centrifugal chillers to ensure continuous and stable cooling supply for the entire plant. The spinning unit is equipped with low-temperature screw chillers to provide stable low-temperature cold source support for critical processes. Through the coordinated configuration of utility cold sources and process cold sources, the project achieves precise matching between the demand for continuous large-capacity cooling and the requirements for low-temperature operation of critical processes.
This project fully demonstrates Land's comprehensive strength in the integration of large industrial chillers, low-temperature refrigeration units, and industrial cold source systems. It exhibits advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, stable operation, flexible adjustment, and strong engineering adaptability, providing a demonstrative model that can be referenced and promoted for the construction of projects in new material industries such as carbon fiber.
