The Evergrande Jinbi Tianxia project is a heat pump heating solution provided by Land for Sinopec Green Source New Star Shuangliang Company to meet the centralized heating needs of large residential areas, using reclaimed water/sewage as the heat source. The project serves the community and surrounding buildings, with a total heating area of approximately 678300 square meters and a designed heating load of 24MW. It is a large-scale residential area centralized heating municipal infrastructure. The project is equipped with 4 Land centrifugal heat pump units to ensure stable and efficient heating in the area.

The system indirectly uses the reclaimed water from the sewage treatment plant as a heat source, and reduces the temperature of the reclaimed water from around 14 ℃ to about 5 ℃ for discharge, fully recovering low-grade thermal energy; The system water is heated in series by centrifugal heat pumps from 38 ℃ to 55 ℃, meeting the heating demand and achieving efficient combination of reclaimed water waste heat recovery and regional heating.

This project realizes the efficient combination of reclaimed water waste heat recovery and regional heating system, which can meet the continuous heating demand in winter, and can also be adjusted according to load grading to improve operational efficiency and energy utilization; This provides a demonstrative model for urban sewage resource utilization, clean heating, and municipal heating engineering that can be referenced.
