The centralized heating project for waste heat recovery in Jinan Refining and Chemical Plant is jointly developed by Jinan Refining and Chemical and Sinopec Green Source. It focuses on the recovery of waste heat from low-temperature circulating water in the plant area and the demand for clean urban heating. Land has customized centrifugal heat pump units and provided an overall heating solution for the project. The project relies on two heating energy stations to deeply recover low-temperature waste heat from the refining plant area, convert industrial waste heat into clean and stable heat sources, connect to the municipal heating pipeline network, and achieve efficient energy utilization.
The project uses the waste heat from low-temperature cooling water in the factory area as the core heat source, and is equipped with 12 customized Land centrifugal heat pumps. Cooling the 35 ℃ residual hot water to 27 ℃ on the heat source side, fully extracting low-grade thermal energy; The heating return water is heated in series by a heat pump to above 84 ℃, which fully meets the municipal heating standards.
The project integrates industrial waste heat recovery and high-temperature heat pump technology, significantly improving waste heat utilization efficiency, reducing heat dissipation losses, and lowering traditional fossil energy consumption. Simultaneously strengthen the load regulation and continuous operation capability of large-scale heating systems, ensuring stable and reliable operation. Land's technological advantages in industrial waste heat utilization, high-temperature heat pumps, and energy station integration provide high-quality demonstration references for the resource utilization of waste heat in the petrochemical industry and the transformation of clean and low-carbon heating in cities.
