Sinopec Qingdao 47MW Waste Heat Recovery Project provides a centrifugal heat pump waste heat recovery heating solution for the recycling of circulating water waste heat in petrochemical enterprises and urban winter heating needs. The project has a heating capacity of 47MW and an annual heating output of approximately 600000 GJ, which can meet the heating needs of about 2 million square meters of buildings. It can save about 16.5 million cubic meters of natural gas and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 23700 tons annually, with significant energy-saving and carbon reduction benefits.
The project uses the circulating water return from Qingdao Petrochemical No.2 Circulating Water Plant as the heat source to preheat the heating return water from Canghai Heating Station. By using a Land centrifugal heat pump, the circulating water at about 30 ℃ is heated and reduced to about 24 ℃ before being discharged. The system water is then heated in series by heat pumps from 42 ℃ to 60/62 ℃, achieving efficient conversion of low-grade industrial waste heat to urban centralized heating.
On site operation data shows that the temperature and flow rate fluctuations of the project are small, the system operates stably, and the COP of the first stage heat pump is stable at 6.2 or above, and the COP of the second stage heat pump is stable at 4.95 or above, demonstrating good heat transfer effect and high efficiency performance. This project demonstrates the technical strength of Land in the coupling application of petrochemical waste heat recovery, centrifugal heat pump heating, and urban clean heating systems.
