Industrial Waste Heat Recovery
In the industrial fields like petrochemical, oil refining, chemical fertilizer, sewage treatment, etc. a mass of waste heat is released every day. The industrial waste heat recovery unit can be used to make hot water of 45℃~75℃ which can be used for regional heating and energy-saving retrofitting.
Take a refinery for example, the flux of coolant water is 13,000 tons/hour and water temperature is 34℃. Making 60℃ hot water through the industrial waste heat recovery unit can meet the heating requirements for residential area of 4.73 million m2. The initial investment is about 35 Yuan/m2, and the emissions include 825 tons of sulfur dioxide, 718 tons of nitrogen oxide and 66,000 tons of dust.
