Coolant Water Heat Recovery
Chemical enterprises release a great deal of waste heat in the air through the cooling tower, whereas they need a lot of heat in the production process. Industrial waste heat recovery unit can be used to recover the heat in the coolant water to make 45℃~75℃ hot water for the production process.
Take a petrochemical company for example, the company recycles 23℃ water of 15,000 tons/ hour which reduces to 16℃ after cooling in the cooling tower, then the water returns to the workshop for the production process, and the heat released in the air is 104,920,000 kilocalorie per hour. If the company uses industrial waste heat recovery unit to recover the heat and use it to make 45℃ hot water as boiler feedwater, the company can save 18.34 million Yuan a year after the energy-saving retrofitting.
